Your first visit at Aly Rose Aesthetics will start with a consultation to discuss your skin and health history, as well as your beauty and wellness goals. During this consultation, we'll take the time to understand your skin's unique characteristics and lifestyle factors to create a personalised treatment plan tailored for you. Feel free to contact us at any time with questions about our treatments and services at 0421 092 288.

Preparation can vary depending on the treatment. Generally, we advise avoiding certain medications and supplements that can increase bleeding, such as aspirin, nurofen, ibuprofen, and fish oil, for a week prior to treatment. We also recommend avoiding any major skin treatments or prolonged sun exposure. You may also be advised to stop using certain skincare products a few days before your treatment, depending on what is planned. We may also recommend that you stay hydrated and avoid alcohol a few days before your appointment. Specific instructions will be provided during your consultation.

After your treatment, specific care guidelines will be provided to help maximise results and minimise side effects. Generally, we recommend keeping the treated area clean, using prescribed products, and avoiding direct sunlight. For certain treatments, more specific care might be necessary, which will be thoroughly explained by our team. We'll provide detailed guidelines during your appointment and are always available via phone or email if you have follow-up questions or need further guidance.

For special events, we recommend planning your treatments well in advance to ensure your skin looks its best. For instance, optimal results from our skin needling sessions are typically seen after three sessions, scheduled a few weeks apart. Therefore, please consider booking these treatments 4-6 months before your special occasion. For weddings or extensive skin care regimens, starting at least six months ahead is ideal.

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, cash, and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

You can make an appointment through the services page on our website and via our Instagram page @alyroseaesthetics or give us a call at 0421 092 288.

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your plans. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients efficiently. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be used towards any of our products, services, or treatments.
